    Introduction

    ZL2A-5S is the new version in 2020,which has high performance than old versions. Winding control problems are often encountered, and the tension of the material is critical to the quality of the product. Manual tension controller can change the AC220V to a stable supply of DC24V, and adjust the output current to match the magnetic powder brake or the magnetic powder clutch to meet the material's rewinding and unwinding tension demands. It's usually used for material's tension control manually. This kind of manual tension controller is applicable for Magnetic powder brake,Magnetic powder clutch.

    Working
Feeding process:
The electric motor outputs the torque, connects the electromagnetic powder brake. The electromagnetic powder brake connects the feeding shaft and collects the materials. The controller adjusts the rotation speed of the electric motor and the tension controller adjusts the tension of the electromagnetic powder brake, resulting in uniform material feed and proper speed.

Collecting process:
The electric motor outputs the torque, connects the electromagnetic powder brake. The electromagnetic powder brake connects the collecting shaft and collects the material. The controller adjusts the rotation speed of the electric motor and the tension controller adjusts the tension of the electromagnetic powder brake, resulting in uniform material feed and collecting tube tightly coiled.
 
    Notes
1. It is NOT allowed to connect to AC380V power supply.
2. The maximum current of 4A, which is suitable for various types of magnetic powder clutches and magnetic powder brakes of 200~400N.M produced by our company.
3. Working environment: temperature -10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, humidity: 80% or less, does not allow corrosion of gas, dust and rain.
