Aluminium guide rollers with a diameter of 80 are the most used guide rollers on machines with 100-200 meters per minute. Shafted idler rollers must be used in the machines. HV300 Anodized will not effect the film on the machine. Advanced machinery parts can make the machine running faster and stable, light aluminum idler rollers can make the total machinery weight smaller, smaller inertia can make the machine run more efficiently and reduce the probability of mistakes.
