Brief introduction
Safety chucks are used to rewind or unwind material in rolls on expanding airshafts; they allow to load or unload rolls more easily without moving the airshaft directly. It is for continuous action of the shaft (air shaft) to provide fast, accurate, simple, safe and effective connection device, to avoid shaft running loose or tighten, can improve work efficiency and guarantee the quality. Application

3. They provide a means of transmitting torque to the roll being wound / unwound. Torque in the form of a drive on the rewind end of the operation and torque from a brake on the unwind side.
4. Safety Chucks provide for concentricity between centreline, or axis, of the Safety Chuck and the center line of the Air Shaft. Less eccentricity between the Air Shaft and Safety Chuck results in less vibration and wear.
